control equipment is looking for qualified individual to support our
expanding business in Indonesia.

Job Summary :

To provide pre-sales and technical support for the development,
application and installation of products to meet customer requirements
and specifications. Responsibilities include sales support, reviewing
and evaluating customer bid specifications, preparing proposals,
interacting with customers and internal departments to provide
assistance with training, presentations, inquiries, design changes and
troubleshooting.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities :

Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers and distributors;
*
Review of Project specification, valve / material selection and
actuator sizing;
*
Respond and provide information on product range, prices and
generate quotations
*
in accordance with specifications/customer requirements.
*
Order review and clarifications
*
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to
recommend specific
*
products and solutions
*
Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications

Essential Job Requirements:

*
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Chemical or Instrumentation and Control
*
Engineering.
*
Min. 2 years experience of similar working experience,
preferably in Flow Control
*
and Instrument Industry
*
Possess good interpersonal communication skills and initiatives
to resolve problems
*
and meet customer's expectation
*
Having strong sense of urgency, good follow-up and analytical skill
*
Working knowledge of computer
*
Hard working & a team player
*
Proficiency in English (both oral & written)
