Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

Reporting directly to Director of Human Resources.

Coordinate and conduct all recruitment activities during
pre-opening period and beyond.

Conduct interviews with potential candidates up to the level of
Department Head.

Ensure that all Human Resources related administrational
processes are in place.
*
Establish all colleague recognition programs.

Assist the Human Resources Director in the preparation of
monthly reports for the Corporate Office.

Drive the Performance Management and Development System to

Close cooperation with the Learning & Development Manager to

Jam Kerja:

 

·         Senin – Jumat (8 jam): 09.00 – 17.00, Sabtu (6 jam): 09:00 – 15.00

Syarat:

·         Pendidikan D3, pengalaman sebagai tenaga admin toko 2 tahun.

·         Punya latar belakang di bidang accounting/sekretaris diutamakan.

·         Pria belum menikah, usia max. 26 tahun.

·         Domisili Jakarta.

·         Sanggup bekerja keras/lembur.

·         Jujur, Loyal & Disiplin.

 

Job Description:

·         WAKIL: Sebagai wakil membantu kepala toko dalam melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya sehari-hari.

·         ADMIN: Melakukan fungsi ADMIN untuk transaksi harian kegiatan di webstore (sales, stock, payment collection, delivery, dll).

·         STOCK CONTROL: Mengelola stock/inventory (stock labeling, stock counting, stock checking) dengan teliti, tertib dan benar.

·         PURCHASING: Melakukan fungsi PURCHASING.

 

Ukuran keberhasilan yang diharapkan:

·         WAKIL: Kerjasama yang menunjang keberhasilan kepala toko dalm melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya.

·         Admin harian yang tertib, teliti dan benar

·         Stock/Inventory Control yang tertib, teliti dan benar

·         Purchasing yang efisien (tidak overstock dan tidak sering kosong) dan efektif.
