Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance
Appraisal, Indonesia Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relation,
Including Recruitment, Counseling & General Affairs
*
Strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher management
*
Dynamic, Result oriented, mature and committed finish the task
within time frame given
*
Competent in Microsoft Office and HRD Application
*
Good interpersonal and communication skill
*
Be involved in training
*
Willing to be located in karawang
