Marketing Communications Officer Post Date: 06 Jun 09
The Marketing Communications Officer will provide a broad range of
communications and marketing support to the organization. The position
reports to the Director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*
Work collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and
manage marketing strategies
*
Coordinate communications for production of promotional
materials, web site production and other promotional events
*
Provide writing and editing support for all communication
including all promotional materials, website content, newsletter and
reports
*
Assist in getting revenues through membership, exhibits and sponsorships
*
Serve as contact person to marketing activities
*
Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness
Qualifications:

Needs excellent written and verbal communications
*
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage
projects independently
*
Creativity in solving problems
*
Excellent people skills and enthusiastic attitude
*
